I’m here to help you change that. I don’t believe in punishing regimes that take you away from your kids. Instead, I help you build a foundation of strength and energy that makes you a more capable, happier version of yourself.

I’m Rob Tidey. Based right here in Tunbridge Wells, I’m a business owner, but first and foremost, I’m a dad. I know exactly what the stakes are. I know the frantic energy of the school run, the juggle of the working day, and that bone-deep exhaustion that hits just as you’re supposed to be "present" for your kids in the evening.
For years, I put myself last. I pushed hard in my career, neglecting my health to provide for my family. When redundancy hit in 2023, it was a wake-up call. I realised I’d built a life for my family, but I’d lost the physical health I needed to actually enjoy it with them. My weight had spiralled, my energy was gone, and my habits were completely unsustainable.
That was my turning point. I didn't need a "beach body" plan; I needed a way to be a better father and a healthier man.
I moved away from generic gym culture to build something different: Fit for Family. I don't coach you to become an athlete; I coach you to have the strength and vitality to lead your family with confidence.
I’ve done the work, found the balance, and reclaimed the energy needed to be the parent my kids deserve. Now, I’m here to help you do the same.
